If an item is unused and in its original condition/packaging then it will be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact me by using the contact form on this website or email me at oceane@papergraphie.co.uk with a proof of purchase.

If the item does not meet this criteria then a refund will be declined. Please note that single items purchased as part of a 'Bundle' are not eligible for a refund.

Buyers are responsible for return postage at their own cost. Please bear this in mind as lost returns cannot be refunded. The use of a trackable service is recommended.

Faulty Item

If you believe you have received a faulty item please also contact me via email at oceane@papergraphie.co.uk as soon as possible to discuss.

Please bear in mind that 'mis-registration, smudging, ink transfer and roller marks' are all natural Risograph printing imperfections and will often occur. These perfect imperfections are part of the charm of Riso printing and will not be considered a fault or eligible for a refund.

Personalised Products/Sale Items

Personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds, same as SALE items.

Shipping & Delivery

I offer free UK delivery across all items. (Royal Mail Second Class delivery which usually takes 3-5 working days) but you also have the option to select Royal Mail First Class delivery at checkout for an extra £2 per order. I aim to pack and ship your order within 3 working days, personalised items may require 2 extra days.

Due to the unexpected circumstances Brexit has created for international shipping I cannot currently ship outside of the UK from this website. I’m very sorry! But I now have an Etsy Shop from which all international customers can shop from - take a look here .
